Three tools, three loops. Each one runs beside the CRM and DMS you already have, and each one can be used on its own.

Cardinal Verified

Live

Your CRM export, sorted into the order your reps should call it. Verified runs every row through 42 checks across four layers, blocking conditions, data integrity, advisory flags and contract warnings, and places each lead in one of seven published tiers.

  • Recognizes Mastermind, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK and Tekion exports, and maps anything else by column name
  • Catches the export problems that make a good lead look bad, like two APR columns on different scales in the same file
  • Every lead shows the specific reasons it landed where it did, so the rep knows what to say before dialing
  • Runs entirely in your browser. The file is never uploaded to us

Cardinal Relay

In pilot

A live queue for every sold customer between yes and the keys. Relay tracks each deal through the jacket, the desk, F&I, prep and delivery, and keeps one clock above all the others: how long the customer has been sitting alone.

  • A board for the sales tower TV, a console for the desk and F&I, and a phone view for each salesperson
  • Amber warns the salesperson, red brings in the desk, and an unanswered red can escalate to the GM
  • Car prep and delivery checklists run beside the stages, so the car is ready when F&I finishes
  • Reports show where time goes, stage by stage, and which deals walked during the turn
  • Identifies customers by first name, last initial and stock number only

Cardinal Owe

Ready for pilot

Every promise attached to a delivered deal, in both directions. What the store owes the customer, like a second key or a back-ordered accessory, and what the customer owes the store, like stips or a trade title. Each one has an owner, a due date and a clock until it is done.

  • Prints the we-owe for the customer to sign, so the paper obligation still exists
  • Parts, service and F&I each see only the promises they own
  • Nothing closes without saying how it was finished, and managers can reopen anything that was closed too early
  • Drafts the customer update for your team to send from the store's own number. Owe never contacts a customer itself

Pricing and pilots

Every product is priced per rooftop, based on volume and what the assessment finds at your store. We would rather quote you a real number after we have seen your numbers than a range that fits nobody.

Month to month

No long-term contract. Stop whenever it stops being worth it, and take your data with you.

A free pilot first

Sixty days at one rooftop. Two weeks of baseline with alerts off, then six weeks live, then a written readout of what changed.

Your numbers, not ours

The pilot is measured against your own baseline. If the numbers don't move, you will hear that from us first.
